Research Aims

 

The Project's primary aim is to locate and record archaeological evidence related to the Battle of Agincourt, fought on 25 October 1415. 

There is currently no definitive archaeological or historical evidence which proves exactly where in the landscape, near to the village of Azincourt, France, the battle of Agincourt took place. This web site will explain the processes that have been undertaken in order to locate, record and interpret any physical remains which might still exist.
